What resources are provided?

Our online fundraising platform offers features like easy-share options, prize tracking, and up to the minute progress reports. You also gain access to our Help Desk filled with resources like promotional templates and instructional videos. Donors, participants, and administrators also have live tech support to answer any questions during regular business hours.

Can community members make a general donation to the school?

Absolutely! MyBooster allows donors to give to an individual student or just to your general school fundraiser.

Do you provide resources in languages other than English?

Yes! Our inclusive platform can detect what language each user normally browses in and automatically present the content in 16 different languages.

How long should our fundraiser last?

Ideally, a MyBooster fundraiser should last between 2 and 4 weeks to give you enough time to promote your campaign and give potential donors enough opportunity to contribute while maintaining momentum and not dragging the fundraising period out too long.

Can people donate via cash and check?

Yes! While cash and checks can’t be entered by donors on your online platform, they have the option to send in either payment type to your school. A school leader or Booster team member can enter the funds into the admin dashboard.

What sorts of prizes does the site support?

Our online fundraising platform has a built-in prize management system as well as up to the minute progress reports that allow you to track progress of students, classrooms, and the school as a whole. Your school can use this information to motivate your students with prizes and incentives. We recommend offering students physical prizes as well as experiences like “The class that raises the most wins an extra recess!”

How does corporate matching work?

MyBooster includes a Double the Donation feature that automatically prompts donors to check if their employers participate in matching contributions, effectively doubling their donation. Your school can significantly increase the funds you raise with zero extra work!

If I have multiple students do I have to manage their donations separately?

Not at all! We know that managing multiple children’s fundraisers can get overwhelming, so we’ve made it easy.
